Admission Procedure and Fees
Admissions procedure
Step 1: Please request our brochure and fees via our Contact form
Step 2: Book a visit:
Please call us on 020 7099 0452 to organise a visit (there’s nothing like visiting a nursery to see if you and your child like it!) Visits are booked in the morning as the children have an afternoon nap – 10am or 10:30 are the usual times for visits.
Step 3: Register your interest on the Bilingual+ admission form:
Please complete our online form along with the non-refundable £95 Registration fee via Paypal. This does not guarantee you a place. Contact us if you want to apply for the English only program and your child is over 3 years old when joining. Note we priorities Bilingual+ places.
Step 4: Possible Matching
Our biggest intake is in
September ever year.
We usually have smaller intakes in January & May (the start of each term).
Once we receive leaving notices from existing families (12 to 16 weeks before the start of the following term), we contact parents on the waiting list.
We contact parents in groups before we know for sure which places are available, to avoid creating delays.
Step 5: We formally offer you a place:
Once you have been matched with a place and you are next on the waiting list, we send you a formal “offer letter” by email.
Step 6: You accept the place:
Simply return the “acceptance forms” along with the one-off joining fee of £550 and one term’s fees (or the one-off joining fee and the first month’s fee if you are paying by monthly direct debits). Parents are required to commit for a whole term at a time.
Parents are required to commit for a whole term at a time.
Step 7: We confirm your place: We will confirm your place in writing, with the start date. Your place is now guaranteed.
Step 8: Your child starts at the nursery: Congratulations!!!
Parents or nannies are required during the first week(s) for the settling-in period (click here for full settling-in details).
On-going fees
Monthly fees are collected by direct debit between the 1st & 5th of the month in advance. (i.e. October fees are collected on the 1st October). We also accept childcare vouchers (please click here for full voucher details).
Fees
We ask parents to commit to a whole term. Please note there are 4 payments (months) per term. The monthly fees are payable each month of the year, even during August and December when we close for 2 weeks. See our year planner for notice deadlines. See our voucher policy if applicable.
4 months per term: Term fees are payable on the 15th of the month of the month prior to the start of term (preferable) or otherwise as 4 equal monthly collections, collected between 1st and 5th of the month by direct debit. The monthly fees are payable each month of the year, even during August and December when we close for 2 weeks.
We reserve the right to refuse admission for any unpaid fees.
We do not offer half days (the minimum attendance is 2 days per week) and our fees are all inclusive: they cover the full day from 8am to 6pm (our opening hours), however the day can be as long as you wish.
All 3 and 4-year-olds in England are entitled to 15 hours of free early educationeach week for 38 weeks of the year. The term the fees are reduced will depend on when your child’s 3rd birthday is.
